Every application is reviewed by a member of the "Heat From The Heart" team, but please be aware that we receive numerous applications. While we understand that you may have questions about the process, we cannot follow up with every application.

By submitting this application form, you are under the understanding that Sembower Mikesell may or may not contact aformentioned nominee for the purpose of the possible installation of a new furnace in said nominees' home.
